Dr. Tim Jansa

Dr. Tim Jansa is an International Coaching Federation and board-certified coach, consultant, facilitator, mentor, and leader with over two decades of experience in higher education and the nonprofit sector, where he has helped multinational corporations address intercultural communication challenges. He spent fourteen years within the University System of Georgia and at private liberal arts institutions.

A Certified Agile Coach, Agile Team Facilitator, and Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner, he specializes in leadership development, organizational transformation, and career transitions. He embraces a holistic, complexity-conscious, and people-positive approach grounded in ICF ethical practices and a belief in his clients' unique strengths.
