Dr. Tim Jansa

Dr. Tim Jansa is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Board-certified (CCE) coach, consultant, facilitator, mentor, and leader with over two decades of experience in higher education and the nonprofit sector, where he has helped multinational corporations address intercultural communication challenges. He spent fourteen years within the University System of Georgia and at private liberal arts institutions.

A Certified Agile Coach, Agile Team Facilitator, and Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner, he specializes in leadership development, organizational transformation, and career transitions. He embraces a holistic, complexity-conscious, and people-positive approach grounded in ICF ethical practices and a belief in his clients' unique strengths.

Dr. Jansa serves on the Board of Directors of the American Association of University Administrators (AAUA), where he co-chairs the organization’s technology and communications committee and both produces and co-hosts its Creating the Future of Higher Education podcast. He is also the principal host of the podcast Coaching in Higher Education.
