Susan E. Metros offers over thirty years of experience as an educator, having held tenured professorships in visual design and communication, along with twenty years in higher education as an information and educational technology executive and academic leader. Her roles have included Professor, Director, Assistant Vice President, Deputy CIO, Interim CIO, Associate Dean, and Associate Vice Provost.

An International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach, she coaches and mentors executives and professionals on leadership presence, management skills, team building, work transition, and career growth, employing creative problem-solving and design thinking to help clients re-imagine what constitutes a fulfilling professional and personal life.
