Dr. Patricia Arredondo is president of the Arredondo Advisory Group and a Faculty Fellow with Fielding Graduate University. She has extensive experience in higher education administration and as a tenured professor, having held tenure in counseling psychology departments at Arizona State University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
She collaborates with organizations to build inclusive workplace communities and believes in the power of narrative to strengthen workplace relationships and reduce barriers. Her work addresses leadership development, applies climate studies to uncover organizational strengths and impediments, and employs scorecards to assess workplace policies and practices. Coaching is central to her practice, with most current clients university administrators and corporate leaders.
