Dr. Linda Slee is a leadership expert with over 25 years of experience working with executives and organizational leaders to build leadership potential. She focuses on leadership development, power and influence, executive presence, delegation, and building high-performance teams, and works with leaders whose teams resist feedback or struggle with accountability.
She coaches leaders to build teams that are comfortable with change, agile, and creative, helping them think strategically, hold others accountable, delegate effectively, and manage change. She has coached top leaders in higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, and other industries, and has delivered more than 100 leadership development workshops and speeches.
