Dr. Cynthia Griffith is a senior higher education executive and former Vice President of Academic Affairs and Chief Academic Officer with more than four decades of leadership experience in community colleges. Her work spans academic affairs, workforce education, accreditation, strategic planning, Guided Pathways implementation, and institutional transformation across large multi-college districts and single-college institutions.
Following two decades as a Health Science faculty member, she advanced through progressive academic leadership roles including Program Director, Dean of Continuing Education and Workforce Development, and Instructional Dean, before executive service at multiple Texas community colleges. She now provides executive consulting to community colleges nationwide, with significant work across California and other western and southern states.
