Dr. Christine J. Quinn

Dr. Christine J. Quinn is a seasoned higher education leader who began her academic career as a faculty member before moving into leadership roles including department chair, dean, associate vice president for academic affairs, and two provost appointments. She used a coaching approach through most of those roles.

Today she works as a leadership consultant and coach predominantly in higher education, supporting teams to identify and leverage strengths, build a common vision, and collaborate toward shared success. She brings a systems lens to her work, focusing on results through strong relationships, empowerment, and shared leadership, and uses provocative questions to support client growth.
