CBT believes that successful professional development & coaching is the vehicle to desired results. We specialize in Higher Education with services around executive coaching, workshops, team coaching, group coaching, leadership academies, and more.
We are unique in this space as we have three types of coaches:
Coaches who have “sat in the seat” with extensive higher education experience at every level of the institution including the President & Chancellor role at prestigious universities
Coaches who are certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and similar organizations
Coaches are have both “sat in the seat” and are certified by ICF plus others
This allows us to offer premier, flexible services to our partners with many different options in both coaches and engagement configuration. Each CBT Coach brings a wealth of experience and expertise from many leadership roles in institutions across the country, with over 30 years of higher education experience on average. We are solely focused on finding the perfect fit for each engagement, believing that the coach match is just as important as the coachee/client. They understand the importance of the coaching process to create a perspective that applies knowledge in tough situations and gives confidence to see it through.

We tap into our extensive network of two-year and four-year higher education experts to consult with you and your team. Our consultants will confidentially listen and advise your team on how they would approach your problem, as well as how your peer institutions are working on similar issues. In addition to our core team of consultants, we reach into hundreds of extended higher education professionals so that you receive the optimal fit for your needs. Some typical calls include: to gauge the timing and preparation of strategic planning, where might some gaps be in a strategic enrollment plan, how do I work better with my Board, and how others have dealt with reorganizing the structure of their organization.
