Quinn, Christine J.
Christine J. Quinn, Ph.D. has over twenty years of higher education leadership experience. She has held roles of Provost, Associate Vice President, Dean, Department Chair and faculty member. Her university experience has been in a wide range of institutions from New Mexico State University to Winona State to the University of Wisconsin System to private non-profits. During her time in universities she has developed many leadership programs and coached many leaders. Now she is self-employed working with senior and mid-level managers in higher education to develop leadership skills to not only lead effectively but to make universities places where people thrive. Currently, she is working with the University of Wisconsin and its system-wide leadership development program. She is also working with individual campuses through consulting, coaching and skill development. Dr. Quinn holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Minnesota. She has intentionally developed her coaching and speaking skills through national leadership organizations. Dr. Quinn is a member of the International Coach Federation and the National Speakers Association. She has also attended a wide-range of leadership development programs offered by Harvard University, the American Council on Education, and other well-respected institutions.
