Larry Kroh is a sought-after international human resources and organizational development consultant with expertise in organizational design, change management, succession planning, post-merger integration, executive coaching, on-boarding, leadership development, team building, and training. He has held senior HR positions at some of the world’s leading companies, and has coached and advised many C-level and senior managers at global organizations, including Yahoo!, American Express, Northrop, Texaco, Oracle, Media One, Merck, BMW, Glaxo Smith Kline, AMD, Cypress Semiconductors, Thunderbird School of Global Management and others. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. While serving as Director of Human Resources at The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola USA, Mr. Kroh designed and directed the implementation of an integrated and comprehensive talent management process, and directed the Coca-Cola University, which provided training for employees and management of The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Bottlers organizations worldwide. His international HR experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources, Latin American Divisions for The Coca-Cola Company, and the Latin America and Caribbean Division at American Express.
Mr. Kroh completed graduate studies (BFT) in International Management, Thunderbird School of Global Management, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University.
