Rubin, Margaret A.
Margaret Rubin serves as Director of College and Career Pathways where she is tasked with managing multiple projects such as coordinating the Wisconsin Career Pathways Website initiative, writing and administrating grants for the college and developing advancing four year credit transfers. Her areas of expertise are Project Management, Leadership, Business and Community Relationships, and Grant Administration.
Hundreds of program to program options for graduates have been developed under her leadership. Her role as a collaborator with school districts, higher education and business industry to create shared visions and mutual partnerships has allowed her to build relationships with four year colleges and universities has helped to expand credit transfer options for graduates.
An accomplished leader in higher education with experience in the development and implementation of major organizational initiatives, Margaret specializes in leading complex projects in service-related environments and is exemplary at designing and implementing strategic plans through the development of guiding principles, measurable objectives and essential processes.
Margaret has a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Fischler School and Human Services, Masters of Science, Organizational Behavior, and Bachelors of Art, Business Administration and Marketing, Minor in Economics, Summa Cum Laude.
